Electra Airways are Charter, ACMI WET and DAMP lease-out experts and provide services to leading tour operators, airlines and brokers within the industry.
They approached us with a view to updating their existing brand and website, as it was starting to look dated and they were falling behind their competitors.
Electra had decided that they were not going to immediately update their livery across the fleet and so we had the task of finding a happy medium, between the outdated existing logo and what we had visualised for them. We suggested that we should use the existing colour palette and simply modernise the existing logo.
It didn’t take long for us to come up with something that they could envisage working for all parties involved. Now that the logo had been agreed work could again start on the development of their shiny new website.
Electra had suggested a few competitors to us that they had noticed a lot of “movement” on their websites which gave them a modern feel and asked if we could give their new site similar treatment. We set about ensuring that the new Electra website not only gave the impression of movement but also remained functional, legible and without slowing load times and upsetting users.
I’m pleased to say that the completed website was a resounding success and all involved agreed that it was a huge improvement on the existing Electra airways website.
